Did you Know?

In March 2009, the Pew Center of the States published a report titled: "One in 31: The Long Reach of American Corrections." One surprising tidbit drawn from this report is that although today one in 31 adults in America is in prison, jail or parole, twenty-five years ago it was one in 77. I dunno about you, but that doesn't seem like progress to me. See where your state stands.
